Ok, well, I posted this in the thread 'My dolls are back!(but have to leave again) ' thread....Here is what I originally posted....

Forget the emailing. IMHO, most of those are "canned" replies. Call CS everyday if you have to until you get satisfaction.

Document your every phone call with the date, who you talked to, their position, and what they said and or promised. If you have to as a last measure; ask for a supervisor. I hope this helps. AG CS is really top notch, this should work. [img]wink.gif[/img]
